Good evening families,
The Terry Fox staff returned to work on Monday and have been preparing for the upcoming year. We are excited to see students, and are looking forward to the first day of school on Thursday Aug 29, 2024.

Email is our primary method of communicating with families - please make sure you are subscribed to stay informed.
Teachers will be sending emails to families on Wednesday Aug 30 to share information regarding class placement, introduce themselves and provide timely information.
Please plan for your child to arrive between 8:50am - 8:55am. Students will be organized by homerooms and lead inside the building after the 9am bell. Teachers will have clear signage to indicate homeroom groups and will meet as follows:
- Grade 7s by the picnic table (at the back of the school)
- Grade 8s by the baseball diamond
- Grade 9s by the soccer field
There may be families whose children are newly registered and will not yet be on email - anyone that doesn't receive a homeroom welcome email should simply connect with any staff member on their first day. Please look for staff in bright safety vests and ask any one of us to help you or your child(ren) as you arrive on Thursday morning.
