Physical Education supports you in acquiring skills through a variety of developmentally appropriate movement activities. You will gain experience within various physical activities assisting you in further understanding health and wellness benefits, promoting positive interactions and leading an active lifestyle.


The mission of Physical Education is to encourage lifelong health and wellness.  Students will learn skills and strategies for a variety of individual and team activities/sports and will be physically active on a daily basis.  Students will learn the importance of making healthy  choices and how to develop a positive, lifelong, active lifestyle.  Learning about and fostering positive sportsmanship and cooperation is crucial in Physical Education.
